Along with their 2013 roster, the Rays will debut some interesting new food offerings today at Tropicana Field.

Among those: beignets and elephant ears and a natural food stand featuring an all-natural beef hot dog from Continental Sausage of Denver that's paired with caraway seed sauerkraut.

There's also a turkey carving station at the old East/West Deli, and a new wine product that will be served at major league ballparks around the country.

The carvery features a turkey sandwich at $12 that comes with thick-cut homemade chips.

The wine product, offered in red and white blends at $8 each, is a 187 ml glass-shaped receptacle that fits in a stadium cupholder. Fans can pull the tab on the wrap covering, remove the lid, snap it on the bottom and peel off the lift 'n' peel seal.

In the suites, a vegan veggie tray can be purchased for $79 and serves 16.

And for the second year in a row, The Rays will offer a monstrous Fan vs. Food Challenge burger for $30. The 2-pound patty comes with four slices of American cheese, a half-pound of bacon and globs of other things.
