Six Polk County men were arrested this week as part of an undercover investigation into child pornography.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office said the undercover investigation focused on the promotion, possession and distribution of child pornography.  The suspects were arrested between Tuesday and Thursday.

The suspects were identified and charged as follows:

Christopher Reynolds, 33, of Winter Haven, is facing 10 counts of promotion of sexual performance of a child, as well as possession of methamphetamines and paraphernalia.  Detectives said Reynolds told them he has been looking at and distributing child pornography for the past 10 years, including some showing children as young as 3.

Jordan Coleman, 30, of Lakeland, was arrested on charges of 15 counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of promotion of sexual performance of a child. Detectives said they found at least 15 images of child pornography on his computer.

Wilberto Clapis, 22, of Lakeland, is facing charges of 40 counts of possession of child pornography. Detectives said he told them he had created fake identities on the Internet for the purpose of viewing and downloading child pornography.

Timothy DeMoura, 29, of Lake Wales, is facing 10 counts of possession of child pornography.  Detectives said he told them he has looked at child pornography for years, with some showing children as young as six years old.  Detectives said they found nine videos and one image of child pornography on his computer.

Detectives seized computers from the suspects' homes and will conduct thorough forensic analysis of each computer.

Officials said additional charges are pending against all suspects, and that none of them have prior arrests in the county.

The investigation continues.
