Polk County Sheriff's Office deputies are currently conducting a fatal crash investigation at 19300 Highway 60 East, between 630 East and Grape Hammock Road in Lake Wales.
The call was received at approximately 2:29 p.m. today.
According to preliminary information, the crash involves a car versus a semi-tractor trailer truck, and the car is fully engulfed in flames.
Both west and east bound travel lanes have been closed from Highway 630 to County Line Road. All traffic will be diverted from the area as deputies investigate.
