Problems continue to plague Hillsborough County Schools' transportation department.

According to the Tampa Bay Times, administration manager Willie Campbell, 58, recently resigned, along with several other high-profile employees.

The moves come after dozens of school bus drivers have complained about safety and personnel issues. Some of the complaints named employees who recently resigned.

Tim Seidel, a fleet shop foreman, retired April 1. Richard "Dewayne" Bethune, one of the repair shop supervisors, left shortly after that date.

Bethune, 51, told the Times it was difficult to manage the mechanics who repair the district's 1,400 buses and said he did not get the support he needed from the district.
