San Antonio city commissioners voted Tuesday to sue the adjacent town of St. Leo.

According to our partners at the Tampa Bay Times, the city voted for the lawsuit after St. Leo officials approved a plan to allow St. Leo University to build a warehouse on a residential street.

The warehouse would go up on Pompanic Street, which is a small road on the border of the two towns. The university plans to put a plant operations facility there.

However, residents complain it will add traffic and cause safety problems, as well as ruin the beauty of the street.

Saint Leo University had no comment for the Times.
