A 42-year-old Tampa woman was arrested on drunk driving charges Sunday morning after deputies said she drove the wrong way on a Carrollwood street.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Leann Robins was taken into custody on Linebaugh Avenue near Anderson Road just before 6 a.m.
A deputy noticed a car idling in a median on Linebaugh and when he approached the vehicle he saw the woman slumped over, according to authorities.
When he tapped on the window the woman put the car in gear and drove off - going westbound in the eastbound lanes of Linebaugh Ave.
After almost striking numerous vehicles, she was pulled over at Linebaugh Ave. and Wilsky Blvd.
She was arrested and charged with DUI. According to authorities, it is Robins' second DUI arrest.
There were no crashes or injuries.
