An aspiring astronaut teenager, hoping to be the first person to walk on Mars, was at the Kennedy Space Center Friday for the launch of Orion.
Abigail Harrison, 17, from Minneapolis is known to thousands as Astronaut Abby.
She was invited to report from behind the scenes at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center to provide press coverage and commentary during the launch.
She spoke with News 13’s Marla Weech about NASA, her dreams of going to space, and seeing the launch of Orion from KSC.
