The woman investigators say was caught having sex on the square in Sumter County will be in court today.
Sixty-nine-year-old Margaret "Peggy" Klemm was arrested June 2 after deputies said they caught her and 49-year-old David Bobilya in a state of undress at the pavilion at Lake Sumter Landing.
Klemm is being held without bond because the arrest came four days into her probation for a DUI charge on a golf cart.
A hearing will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on Klemm's probation violation.
