The field is set for the November mid-term elections, and News 13 is asking who you are voting for.

At 11 p.m. tonight, MyNews13.com will release the first of our Florida Decides Polls, focusing on the governor's race and what you think of the job Gov. Scott is doing.

Some 800 likely voters were polled the week after the election. Here's a sampling of some of the questions voters were asked:

  • If the election governor were being held today and the candidates were Rick Scott and Charlie Crist, for whom would you vote?
  • If the election for governor were being held today and the candidates were Rick Scott, Charlie Crist and Adrian Wyllie, for whom would you voter?
  • In your opinion, does the phrase 'understands the problems of people like me" describe Rick Scott?
  • In your opinion, does the phrase "can be trusted" describe Charlie Crist?
  • Is the condition of Florida's economy something the governor can do a lot about, or is that beyond any governor's contro?
  • Overall, do you approve or disapprove of the way Rick Scott is handling his job as governor?

We will post the results to these questions and more at 11 p.m. online.

The telephone survey of 814 registered Florida voters -- all likely to vote in the November election -- was conducted Aug. 27-31 for the Tampa Bay Times, Bay News 9 and News 13 by the University of Florida’s Bob Graham Center for Public Service and Bureau of Economic and Business Research. The poll, which included respondents using land-lines and cell phones, has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.4 percentage points. Results were weighted by age, party identification and media market, thus allowing the results to mirror the distribution of age groups, party identification and media market in the Florida Voter File.
