Former State Representative Mike Horner has a new job working with a local agency, more than two years after he resigned during a scandal involving an Orlando brothel.
Horner is now working as a lobbyist for the Osceola County School Board.
The School Board hired Horner's company Macy Island Consulting. He will be a lobbyist, working for the district both locally and in Tallahassee.
He signed a one-year contract for $60,000.
In 2012, Horner's name came up as a client in a prostitution ring, however, he was never charged with anything.
