Beech-Nut baby food issued a recall Wednesday of one of its baby food varieties because a piece of glass was found in a jar.
Beech-Nut recalled 4oz jars of Beech-Nut Classics Stage 2 Sweet Potato and Chicken. The product expires in December 2016.
The jars include product numbers "12395750815" through "12395750821," which can be found on the cap.
The recalled jars also have the establishment number "P-68A."
If you have teh jar you should return it to the store for an exchange or a refund.
