Here is this week's Tampa Bay volleyball rankings for week three of the season. Last week's record in parenthesis.

1. (2) Tampa Prep (6-0) - The Terrapins won the Holy Names tournament, then rolled past two others to stay undefeated.

2. (3) Bloomingdale (11-1) - A perfect 4-0 in districts, the Bulls keep rolling.

3. (4) Manatee (7-0) - A sweep, yes, a sweep of CCC was impressive. Riverview gave the 'Canes all they could handle, but still they look good heading into PHU on Tuesday.

4. (1) Clearwater Central Catholic (4-3) - A tough, tough OVA tournament for the Marauders, who dropped their first three games of the season to some tough competition, Winter Park, Manatee and Lakewood Ranch.

5. (5) Calvary Christian (9-1) - Their lone loss came to CCC, but a tough stretch is coming up: at AHN and at Tampa Prep. If they survive that, their stock could soar.

6. (6) Sunlake (7-0) - The surprise of Pasco county, Sunlake continues to impress, led by Sarah Sprague's 111 kills.

7. (7) Fivay (5-1) - The Falcons had a slip up against Anclote. Circle Oct. 7 on the calendar, when they face Sunlake.

8. (9) Palm Harbor University (4-0) - The Hurricanes have a chance to prove they're for real against a really good Manatee squad Tuesday.

9. (NR) River Ridge (5-1) - Eight wins last year for the Royal Knights. As of today, they've got five wins aleady. They're tied at the top of 5A-8 in a really solid district. A three-game stretch against Pasco, Sunlake and Fivay should be telling.

10. (NR) Bishop McLaughlin (5-1) - Behind Alyssa Mathis, the 'Canes have played well, including beating previously undefeated Santa Fe Catholic.

Next best: Santa Fe Catholic, Lakeland Christian, Jenkins, Carrollwood Day, Steinbrenner, Berkeley Prep, Lakewood Ranch, Plant, Newsome, Academy of the Holy Names, Mitchell, Anclote, Robinson, Seminole
