Here is this week's Tampa Bay volleyball rankings for week two of the season. Last week's record in parenthesis.

1. (1) Clearwater Central Catholic (1-0) - The Marauders opened their season with an impressive sweep over district rival Indian Rocks Christian on BHSN. They're far and away the best volleyball team in Tampa Bay, but a big test looms in Calvary.

2. (5) Tampa Prep (6-0) - The Terps took home the AHN title, handing Bloomingdale their first loss of the season. They've dropped just one set this year, to Bloomingdale.

3. (2) Bloomingdale (7-1) - The Bulls may not have won the AHN tournament, but they did shut out Berkeley Prep and Steinbrenner, two of the best teams in the area and 2013 state finalists. This group is the best there is in Hillsborough.

4. (3) Manatee (4-0) - Manatee hasn't dropped a set since losing their first set of the season against Braden River. They've got three straight sweeps over Bayshore, St. Pete and county rival Lakewood Ranch.

5. (7) Calvary Christian (4-0) - Quality wins over St. Pete Catholic and Berkeley Prep are on the resume, but we'll really see what the Warriors are about after Tuesday's match with CCC.

6. (NR) Sunlake (6-0) - The Seahawks have dropped just two sets all year and impressed this week with a sweep of Pasco, ending their four-game win streak.

7. (9) Fivay (4-0) - After two five-set wins to open the year, the Falcons have seemed to find their groove.

8. (NT) Santa Fe Catholic (5-0) - The Hawks haven't dropped a set this season.

9. (NR) Palm Harbor University (2-0) - The 'Canes have a test against Manatee in a few weeks that will be telling.

10. (8) George Jenkins (0-1) - Jenkins lost to a very good Owasso team to open the season.

Next best: River Ridge, Lakeland Christian, Carrollwood Day, Bishop McLaughlin, Steinbrenner, Berkeley Prep, Lakewood Ranch, Plant, Newsome, Academy of the Holy Names, Mitchell, Anclote, Robinson, Seminole
