The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that they have waived linebacker Orie Lemon and safety D.J. Swearinger.
Lemon played in six games this season, recording two special teams tackles. Swearinger played in seven games, totaling 11 tackles, one fumble recovery and a special teams tackle.
The team also announced that they have released defensive back Akeem Davis and linebacker Quayshawn Nealy from the practice squad.
