Cornerback Darrelle Revis will not play in the New York Jets game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday because he is still dealing with a concussion.

Revis was injured during the Jets' 24-17 loss at Houston last Sunday and has not practiced since. Coach Todd Bowles says Friday that Marcus Williams will start in Revis' place opposite Antonio Cromartie in the secondary.

Revis remains in the NFL's concussion protocol and must be cleared by doctors before he can practice with the team.

Center Nick Mangold was a full participant for the second straight day and will play Sunday after suffering a deep cut to his right hand against the Texans that required six or seven stitches.

Defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson (hamstring) will also play after sitting out last weekend.
