One night after UCF notched one of its biggest baseball wins in school history, the No. 9 Knights were humbled by the No. 2 Florida Gators, 10-2.

The Gators exacted revenge on UCF for the Knights' 4-3 win in Orlando on Tuesday night by scoring early and keeping their collective feet on the gas pedal, scoring in each of the first four innings.

Christian Hicks was 1-4 with three RBI and two runs scored for the Gators, while Harrison Bader slugged a solo home run and scored three runs.

Florida had a 7-1 lead after the fourth inning, as the Gators took advantage of four UCF errors that led to five unearned runs in the game.

Dylan Moore and Eugene Vazquez each hit solo home runs UCF in the loss.

The Gators have now won 10 of the last 15 games against UCF.

Florida hosts Maine for a three-game series this weekend, while UCF welcomes in Columbia for a weekend set.
