The Florida Everblades outshot the host Orlando Solars Bears 45-23, but had to come from behind to win pivotal Game 5 by the score of 5-4 and will take a 3-2 series lead back to Estero.
The Solar Bears blew a 3-2 lead after the Everblades put the puck in the net three times in the 3rd period to take the lead that they would not relinquish in front of an announced crowd of 7,007 at Amway Center Saturday night.
The series now shifts to Estero for Game 6 on Monday.
