The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced that they have signed three of their 2015 NFL Draft picks: fourth-round selection, linebacker Kwon Alexander, fifth-round choice, wide receiver Kenny Bell, and seventh-round pick, running back/fullback Joey Iosefa. The team also claimed safety D.J. Swearinger from the Houston Texans and linebacker Khaseem Greene from the Chicago Bears off of waivers.

Alexander (6-1, 227) was selected 124th overall from Louisiana State, where he started 23-of-32 career games he played in. He finished his career with 156 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, six passes defensed, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries and 1.5 sacks. In 2014, Alexander led the Tigers in tackles, earning first-team All-SEC honors from ESPN.com and second-team honors from the Associated Press.

A native of Oxford, Alabama, Alexander attended Oxford High School, where he was chosen as a finalist for the High School Butkus Award, given annually to the nation’s top linebacker. He was also a participant in the Under Armour All-American game.

Bell (6-1, 197) was chosen 162nd overall out of Nebraska, where he started 49-of-53 career games he played in, catching 181 passes for 2,689 yards and 21 touchdowns. He also recorded 51 career kickoff returns for 1,277yards and one touchdown. Bell left Nebraska as the school’s career leader in receptions and receiving yards. As a senior, he earned first-team All-Big Ten honors from the league’s coaches after leading the Cornhuskers in receiving yards (788) and tying for the team lead in touchdown receptions (six).

A native of Boulder, Colorado, Bell attended at Fairview High School, where he was a first-team All-Colorado selection and first-team Class 5A all-state pick by the Denver Post.

Iosefa (6-0, 247) was selected 231st overall from Hawaii, where he started 29-of-32 career games played, totaling 512 rushes for 2,218 yards (4.3 avg.) and 21 touchdowns, while catching 60 passes for 438 yards (7.3 avg.) and three touchdowns. As a senior in 2014, he led the team and had a career-high eight rushing touchdowns.

The American Samoa native was born in Pago Pago and attended Faga’itua High School.

Swearinger (5-10, 208) originally entered the league in 2013 as a second-round selection (57th overall) by the Houston Texans. He has played in all 32 games the past two seasons, with 22 starts, totaling 140 tackles, 10 passes defensed, four forced fumbles, three interceptions, one fumble recovery and one sack. Swearinger, a native of Greenwood, South Carolina, played collegiately at South Carolina.

Greene (6-1, 241) originally entered the league as a fourth-round pick (117th overall) of the Chicago Bears in 2013. In two seasons with the Bears, Greene played in 26 games, starting six, totaling 38 tackles, one pass defensed, one forced fumble and one interception, returned 49 yards. He also added six special teams tackles. The Elizabeth, New Jersey, native played collegiately at Rutgers, where he earned Big East Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2012 and 2011 (co-recipient).

The Buccaneers have also waived safety M.D. Jennings, who signed with the team earlier this offseason.
