The Orlando Predators (4-4) will face the Portland Thunders in the first-ever meeting between the two franchises at Amway Center Saturday night at 7:00pm.

The Preds are coming off a wild 63-62 overtime win against the visiting Tampa Bay Storm last weekend in the latest installment of the "War on I-4".  The game represented the 56th time that the two in-state rivals have met.

The Thunder's inaugural season was 2014 and did not play the Predators. Portland finished last season with a 5-13 record and have started this season with a 3-4 record.

Thunder quarterback Darron Thomas is this week's AFL MVP for Week 8.

"WHITE OUT"

The Predators will wear all white uniforms and white helmets and encourage fans to wear all white as well.  The game will be nationally televised on CBS Sports for the second straight week.
