The Lightning left Madison Square Garden hoping to see the World's Most Famous Arena next season. Not a day sooner.

Val Filppula, who scored Sunday night says you really can't predict what's going to happen game by game in this series in fact that was the mood of all of the Bolts players we talked to in the dressing room. (It's a real small one by the way.)

Love listening to Bolts goalie Ben Bishop. He's the same after every game. You'd never know if he's coming in off a loss of a win.

"We weren't happy with the last couple games with the amount of scoring chances we were giving up," said Bishop. "We looked at it and we talked about it. I thought we did a better job."

I've said this before, just when you think you know what's going to happen or one of these two teams has momentum, the outcome goes the other way.

Rangers coach Alain Vigneault put it best.

"That team (Lightning) is playing extremely well," said Vigneault.  "I think our experience in these situations might come in and help. But at the end of the day, we've got to go out and execute and we're going to have to play our best game of the year."

Rock Notes: A lot of old school Ranger fans have bombarded Lightning founder and Ranger great Phil Esposito while in the Big Apple asking how good it'll be if the Rangers win. I guess they left out that Lightning founder part.

Phish's Trey Anastasia was right in front of us in the security line at JFK Airport. He was at Game 5.

Actor Ray Romano kept his head down while walking past the media in the hallway leaving the game.

Actor Kevin Dillon from Entourage was cool. He stopped for second and said hey to some of the media. He was wearing a Rangers jersey.  Sorry Bolts fans.

Talk to ya after Game 6.

Saturday, May 23 -  5 p.m.

You know how the Rangers got out of their funk?

Rick Nash set up a movie night at their Hotel (Vinoy) in St Pete. The Rangers enjoyed the new Entourage flick.

I understand there was a lot of laughing and just plain chilling.

Well Nash broke out of his scoring slump. The Rangers looked like they were, well, the Rangers.

I saw Marty St. Louis in the hallway before the game, kicking around a soccer ball and he was laughing and smiling.

Came over to me to say hello and I was struck by how much fun the Rangers were having.

That's what the Bolts need to do. Don't get me wrong. The Lightning players didn't seem that upset after the 5-1 loss, but

now it's back to the craziness of the Garden.

Movie night in their hotel in NYC. Any suggestions.

Keep it here throughout the rest of the Lightnings run in the playoffs.

I'll be traveling with the Bolts, so I'll do my best to give you a little 'Behind the Scenes.'
