The Buccaneers have put a clause in Jameis Winston's contract to keep him from being a two-sport athlete.

The No. 1 pick in last week's NFL draft signed a four-year $25 million deal with Tampa Bay on Friday.

The Bucs were alarmed by an interview Winston did MMQB's Peter King when Jameis spoke about his baseball career.

“I can’t speak on that,” Winston told King. “[Baseball] has always been my dream, but I’m just playing football right now.”

According to Bucs sources, Winston's contract with the Bucs will prohibit him from playing professional baseball while he is a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
