Osceola Fundamental High School Senior Forward Trevor Rau has a nose for the net!  And, although he’s accounted for nearly a third of the goals the Warriors scored in the regular season, he’s also a leader on the team in assists.

Rau wrapped the regular season with one goal and two corner kicks to help the team go 8 and 0 in district play.  Boys head soccer coach Al Sousa believes it's possible for the team to go deep in the playoffs because Rau is not a type of player that's just standing around waiting for something to happen.

Coach Sousa says Rau is the type of player that will cause something to occur, and his ability to get separation from defenders puts him in an attacking role and an advantageous position to score.

Rau is still deciding between attending Clemson, Florida, and three other schools next fall.  But, for now he’s just enjoying the run the Warriors are on as they head to the playoffs.
