The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are wrapping up offseason workout activities and say they feel poised to improve on their performance at the end of last season.

Buccaneers' All-Pro Linebacker Lavonte David said he appreciates all the individual accolades he and his teammates received last year, but says he still wants to see that team stigma go away:  "It's all in the back of our minds.  But we just have to take care of what we need to take care of...we got the pieces.  You got the guys getting individual accolades...but, the big accolade of winning the Super Bowl is the main thing."
