A Volusia County man appeared before a judge Saturday after investigators said he shot into two different homes.

Deputies said 67-year-old Ronald Lovejoy did it because he was having a disagreement with the homeowners association.

He is charged with two counts of shooting into two occupied residences in the Countryside Subdivision.

The first shooting happened on April 17, with the second a month later.

No one was injured in either shooting.

Lovejoy remains in the Volusia County Jail on $30,000 bond.
