LAND O'LAKES, Fla. -- Eight dogs were rescued from a house fire in Land O'Lakes Saturday morning.

Pasco Fire Rescue responded to a home in the 23500 block of Turtle Lakes Lane just before 8 a.m. where they found heavy smoke and fire coming from the single-story home.
Officials said it took firefighters 30 minutes to get the fire under control. Eight dogs were rescued from the home and were placed with neighbors to keep them safe.
Officials did not say if anyone was home at the time of the fire, just that no injuries were reported.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire.
