LAND O’ LAKES, Fla. — One person is dead and two other people are injured as a result of house fire in Land O’ Lakes Saturday afternoon.

Pasco County Fire Rescue responded to the 3000 block of Thistledown Lane around 3:30 p.m. after receiving a call about the fire.
The fire reportedly started on the second floor of the home. When crews arrived, they said the house was already fully involved.
One man died from severe burns, while two people suffered from minor smoke inhalation, fire rescue said in a news release.

Firefighters are still trying to determine what started the fire.
