ORLANDO, Fla. — This year's Halloween Horror Nights is still a few months away, but to get fans pumped up, Universal Orlando has released five haunted houses in the past week that attendees can expect to see this fall.

What You Need To Know

On Thursday, the theme park disclosed the fifth of what is expected to be 10 haunted houses in all for Halloween Horror Nights in 2024. La Muerte will guide visitors through the Monstruos: The Monsters of Latin America house, where they will encounter the legendary ghosts and creatures Tlahuelpuchi, La Lechuza and El Silbón.

The first two haunted houses were announced during Spooky Empire, a horror convention that was held last Friday in Orlando. One of the houses, "Slaughter Sinema 2," is a sequel from 2018. Guests can witness B-movies come to life with scenes from creature features, grindhouse gore, spaghetti westerns and more, Universal officials said. At the second house, titled "Goblin's Feast," guests will have to avoid becoming the main course at a goblin village where a feast is being prepared for goblins, orcs, hobgoblins and witches.

"Major Sweets Candy Factory" was announced Tuesday and is the third house revealed from park officials on their X account. Guests are invited to chaperone a field trip to a candy factory, where delicious treats turn kids into "sugar-fueled fiends."

Universal released details on a fourth house on Wednesday afternoon on their X account. "The Museum: Deadly Exhibit" will take guests through a new forklore museum exhibit. But guests will have to try to survive as an "evil escapes from within, destroying everything in its path."

Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights will run from Aug. 30 through Nov. 3 — the earliest it’s ever been open for the attraction.
