4 p.m. Tuesday update: Otis Henderon is in custody, according to St. Petersburg police. He faces one count of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree attempted murder.

City police are looking for a man they called armed and dangerous after a man was killed and his sister injured.

Authorities said Monday afternoon they are looking for Otis Joseph Henderson, 44.

Police responded at about 7:20 a.m. Monday to the 4200 block of Elkcam Blvd SE and found Paul Dumas, 68, dead at the scene.

His sister, 63-year-old Elaine Vidinha was badly injured. Police said she is in critical but stable condition at Bayfront Hospital.

In a news release, police said: "Henderson is believed to have argued with Paul Dumas and his sister Elaine Vidinha before Dumas died and she was beaten."
