In commemoration of its official incorporation as a City a century ago, the City of Crystal River has announced its grand celebration of 100 years! While the City traditionally hosts a 4th of July event, this year's festivities will take place on Monday, July 3rd. The jubilant occasion will feature a ceremonial proclamation meeting at the historic Old City Hall on Citrus Avenue, a vibrant parade of golf carts and bikes, live musical performances, delectable food vendors, thrilling games, and an awe–inspiring fireworks display. The City of Tampa celebrates Independence Day with a waterski show, a boat parade in the waters near the Convention Center, Curtis Hixon Park, Davis Islands and Channel Drive, and a fireworks display at the Wharf. Celebrate Independence Day in the heart of St. Pete's downtown waterfront at the St. Pete Pier's The Fourth, an annual Fourth of July celebration. Clearwater Celebrates America will start the holiday with a classic car show featuring vintage cars and trucks. Celebrate America by watching the city of Treasure Island light up with a fireworks show on the beach. Fireworks will be shot from the beach near Gulf Front Park. Bring a beach chair or towel. There will be parking in Treasure Island Park from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. for $20, credit cards only. No cash will be accepted and there will be no re–entry. Other parking options include Treasure Island Community Center, One Park Place @ 106th Avenue, St. Petersburg Municipal Beach, and Gulf Boulevard @ 112th Avenue.
Polk County

Guests will have direct viewing access to the fireworks show on the Manatee River from the venue. With the purchase of each ticket, guests will receive a $50 credit to go towards dine-in food and beverage purchases. Reserve tickets on the event website.

July 4, 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. | The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature
Bring a blanket or chair as the museum provides private viewing of the fireworks across the Manatee River. Food trucks will be on site. Tickets can be purchased on the Bishop Museum's website and are $25 per person but kids 4 and under get in free.

July 4, 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. | Astro Skate of Bradenton
Attendees can get $1 admission by wearing an Astro shirt. Free hot dogs will be served to kids and shrimp for adults.
- Independence Celebration Gold Tournament
July 4, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Terra Ceia Country Club
Start off your 4th of July by participating in the inaugural Independence Celebration, featuring an 18-hole shotgun start golf tournament to benefit the DAV - Disabled American Veterans. The event takes place on Terra Ceia Bay Golf Course.
