DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Tickets for the 2026 Daytona 500 are now on sale, Daytona International Speedway announced Wednesday.
The race on Feb. 15, 2026, the season-opener of the NASCAR Cup Series, will mark the culmination of Speedweeks.
“This iconic race continues to be a captivating event for fans that travel all over the world, and we know that it’s going to be another unforgettable event here next February,” Daytona International Speedway President Frank Kelleher said in a statement.
In the 2025 race, a caution flag dropped with just five laps to go, forcing the race to go into overtime. Winner William Byron avoided a crash on the backstretch during the final lap to take the checkered flag first.
The grandstand and camping tickets for the 2025 Daytona 500 sold out in early January. The Daytona International Speedway has a about 101,500 permanent seats in the grandstands. With the inclusion of infield seating and luxury suites, the total capacity can exceed 167,000 fans.
Speedweeks includes qualifying on Feb. 11 and the duel races to help set the field on Feb. 12, a NASCAR truck series race on Feb. 13 and the NASCAR XFinity and ARCA Menard series races on Feb. 14 in addition to the Daytona 500. Four-day packages also are available to see all the racing action.
