Fallon Silcox is a general assignment reporter based out of Pinellas County.
Fallon always knew that news was for her. She decided she wanted to be a broadcast journalist after anchoring her third grade news program, "Bear News."
A graduate of University of South Florida, Fallon began her career at Fox 4 News in Ft. Myers. Prior to joining the team at Bay News 9, Fallon was a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor in Sarasota. There she was a one-woman show: shooting, writing, editing, and presenting all of her stories.
Fallon is very excited to be back in Tampa, where she considers her second home! In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Sophie, a teacup Yorkie.
With two full marathons, and about a dozen half marathons under her belt, you’re sure to find Fallon running all over town on the weekends, or doing the exact opposite—and relaxing at the beach!
