Holly has covered some of the biggest stories in the Sunshine State, including Hurricane Michael, the Seminole Heights Serial Killer and Casey Anthony and George Zimmerman Trials.
Political coverage is her specialty. Holly covered the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa and the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland. She followed Donald Trump's winning campaign in Florida and was live from his New York City headquarters on election night. As a reporter in Chicago, Holly also extensively covered the campaign and election of Barack Obama. In Iowa, she helped cover the 2004 Iowa Democratic Caucus.

She began her expansive career as an anchor and reporter at WGEM in Quincy, Illinois. She then was an anchor/reporter at WHO-TV in Des Moines. From there, Holly moved on to CBS2 in Chicago to be a general assignment reporter. She also was an anchor at CLTV News in Chicago. Most recently, Holly was a reporter at WGN News in Chicago.
There's never a dull moment at home with Holly's three boys. Elijah, Ethan and Evan are the pride and joy of Holly and her husband, Kyle. The boys go to school in Hillsborough County, and all three are working on becoming black belts in karate. The family loves spending time together on our beautiful beaches and endless trails. Holly's parents call Dade City home, so Grandma and Grandpa are close by.
Holly is originally from Bluffs, Illinois. It's a small community of 800 people in Central Illinois. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City.
