WINTER HAVEN, Fla. – Legoland Florida's new pirate-themed hotel is now accepting reservations.

The Pirate Island Hotel will feature 150 room, a heated pool with pool deck, daily in-room Lego treasure hunts, characters experiences and hundreds of Lego models.

Hotel rooms will include two spaces—an adult area and a kids' sleeping area. In the adult area, there will be a king-sized bed and a TV. The kids' area will come with bunk beds, a TV and a Lego play area.

In addition to pirate-themed rooms, the five-story hotel will have a restaurant called Shipwreck Restaurant, Smuggler's Bar for the adults and an entertainment area featuring nightly programming.

The new hotel will be the third hotel accommodation at the Winter Haven theme park, joining the Legoland Hotel and Legoland Beach Retreat.

"Pirate Island Hotel will be our most uniquely-themed hotel among our on-site accommodations," Legoland Florida Resort Hotels director Kevin Carr said in a statement. "Pirate Island Hotel amplifies the fun and humor of LEGO, along with the excitement of our theme park, into a complete hotel experience."

The Pirate Island Hotel is scheduled to open May 2020.
