ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Chef Mickey’s at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is bringing back its character breakfast experience in December.

Mickey and his pals will return on December 16, according to a post on the official Disney Parks Blog. Along with their return, a few new items will be added to the menu.

In additional to traditional breakfast dishes, diners will be able to enjoy Mickey’s Celebration Pancake, which features whipped cream, celebration sprinkles, pixie dust and more.There will also be a new Loaded Potato Cheese Casserole, which comes topped with bacon crumbles and chives.

Another new dish is Goofy’s Banana Bread French Toast, which is banana bread baked in zesty orange-scented French toast batter that’s topped with espresso-mascarpone cream, toasted bananas and chocolate crumbles.

According to the blog post, the character dining experience has been modified.

“When Mickey and his friends return, the experience may look a little different than the last time you visited, but you can still expect to smile, wave and make unforgettable memories with some of your favorite characters as they parade through the restaurant in their chef’s best.”

Reservations for the Chef Mickey’s character breakfast will open on October 17.
