ORLANDO, Fla. — Fans of the popular Butterbeer at Universal are in for a treat this spring. Park officials announced Thursday that "Butterbeer Season" will soon take place for the first time, where guests can enjoy Butterbeer in all-new ways.

During "Butterbeer Season," which kicks off on March 15 and runs through April 30, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood will offer treats that include a Butterbeer-flavored ice lolly, along with a collectible silver stein available when purchasing a cold or frozen Butterbeer for a limited time. There will also be new Butterbeer caramels, only available at Universal Orlando.

In Orlando, "Butterbeer Season" can be celebrated at “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade” at Universal Islands of Adventure, as well as “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley” at Universal Studios Florida.

“With a flavor reminiscent of butterscotch and shortbread, Butterbeer is a perfectly fine-tuned Wizarding World treat that includes cold, frozen, hot and non-dairy Butterbeer beverages along with Butterbeer fudge, potted cream and ice cream,” Universal described the fan-favorite treat.

At Universal Studios Hollywood, starting March 29, guests can step into Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour and enjoy 10 soft serve ice cream flavors which include Butterbeer, Banana, Chocolate, Mint, Orange, Vanilla, Toffee Nut, Granny Smith Apple, Pistachio and Toffee Apple.
