• By submitting the Content, you grant Spectrum NLP, LLC (“Spectrum”) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable sublicensable license to use the Content.
• You agree that Spectrum is under no obligation to use your Content, but if it does, it may edit and use the Content as it sees fit.
