Good evening, Central Florida. We're wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know and your weather outlook.

Your Weather Planner

An expanding drought across Central Florida will combine with dry and breezy conditions tomorrow to produce an enhanced wildfire risk. Avoid burning anything outdoors and be careful with things that may create sparks. Under a sun and cloud mix, high temperatures are slightly above average in the lower 80s.

Although breezy again on Saturday, more moisture moving into the atmosphere will help take the fire danger down a bit. We’re expecting a mix of sun and clouds with highs in the low to mid-80s. We may even squeeze out a stray shower late in the day, but almost everyone stays rain free.

Scattered showers and storms move back in on Sunday, especially in the afternoon. Models vary greatly on who picks up the rain, so we’ll tweak the forecast over the next couple of days.

Highs: Lower 80s

Lows: Lower 60s

Rain Coverage: 0%
