EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — March 1 is the first day of Women’s History Month. The month-long celebration that champions women’s rights and all the achievements of trailblazing phenoms.
This year’s Women’s History Month theme is women who advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion and who better to represent those ideals than Katherine Spillar, executive director of the Feminist Majority Foundation.
Spillar joined “Your Morning” to discuss the first day of Women’s History Month and improvements she would like to see when it comes to women’s rights.
