Clearwater Mayor Frank Hibbard shares he is most proud of his city's tenacity. Whether it was during the Great Recession or COVID-19 pandemic, Clearwater has continued to thrive.

In his Know Your Electeds interview, Hibbard recognizes the work of two different non-profits, the Salvation Army and the Homeless Empowerment Project (HEP) for their on-going commitment to helping Clearwater's low income and homeless residents.

If Hibbard were to take an out-of-town visitor anywhere, it would be to get a grouper sandwich at the Palm Pavilion, Frenchy's Restaurant, or the Beachcomber. If Hibbard had an extra hour in his day, he would spend it with his grandchildren or playing golf.
