A 72-year-old man was arrested after deputies said he sexually battered a teenage girl repeatedly over the past three years.
Philip Tracy, 72, was arrested Wednesday in connection with the allegations.
Deputies said Tracy had sex with the 17-year-old girl every week for the past three years, with the latest encounter happening two weeks ago.
The girl was reportedly living with Tracy in his Brooksville home. Deputies said he threatened her if she told anyone about what was happening.
Detectives said that when the girl finally came forward, they had her call Tracy while they listened in, and that three times he admitted to having sex with her.
Tracy has been charged with two counts of sexual battery on a minor. He is being held at the Land O' Lakes jail without bond.
