A memorial service will be held this week for a young girl who took her own life.

Family and friends will remember the life of Hailey Acierno on Wednesday, April 12.
The 17-year-old went missing on March 28 and her body was found on April 7 in a wilderness park near her home.
Hailey’s family asks that people wear a bright color instead of black, to signify that she no longer suffers.
They also suggest for people to consider donating to the National Association of Mental Illness or Peace River Search and Rescue, instead of flowers.
The memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Tampa. Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by a mass at 10:30 a.m.
