Starting July 15, people will be allowed to bring their pets on the beach from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Two weeks ago, commissioners voted against allowing dogs at Lori Wilson Park.
However, a new amendment will let people bring dogs to beaches from 4th to 16th Street for a six-month trial period.
