CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A case against a Charlotte eye doctor has been settled.

Jonathan Christenbury surrendered his medical license last year after former employees accused him of sexual harassment.

The lawsuit claimed he made unwanted advances toward the employees.

One woman said she was fired after refusing to sign a release saying she would not sue Christenbury.

The terms of the settlement were not released.
