ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Our very warm weather pattern will continue. We are seeing some dry air aloft that will limit the coverage of showers and thunderstorms today to no more than 20%.
- More sun, hot temps, low rain chances
- Rain chances to increase by Tuesday
- Slightly cooler mornings next week
Also, any storms that form will generally be later in the day. So, expect more sunshine and hot temperatures in the low to mid 90s.

This pattern will be in place through Monday. By Tuesday, a front will get close to the area bringing us a higher rain chance.
Slightly drier air will be in place after than for slightly cooler mornings. This isn’t really a good cold front yet. That may still be a couple weeks away.
