TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – About $66,000 still remains unclaimed from a top prize-winning ticket.

The Florida Lottery announced that a FANTASY 5 ticket for $66,162.37 has not been claimed as the deadline is approaching.

The 180-day deadline to claim the top prize is Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at midnight ET.

The winner purchased a Quick Pick ticket from a Westside Shell, located at 6901 West Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa.

All players who may have purchased a FANTASY 5 ticket at this retail location are encouraged to check their tickets from the May 10, 2018 drawing.

The winning FANTASY 5 numbers for the May 10, 2018, drawing were: 09 – 16 – 29 – 32 – 33

The ticket can be validated at any Florida Lottery retailer, but the top prize must be claimed at a Florida Lottery District Office or at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
