Cameron Herrin and John Barrineau are charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, street racing, and reckless driving.
The crash happened nearly one year ago when a mother and her baby were killed while crossing Bayshore Blvd. Authorities said Jessica Raubenolt, 24, was pushing her 21-month-old daughter Lillia in a stroller across the intersection when they were hit.
Investigators said the two drivers reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
Both Herrin and Barrineau waived their right to appear before the judge and will be represented by their attorneys.
Herrin was 18 and Barrineau was 17 at the time of the crash. Both are charged as adults.
