TAMPA, Fla. -- As the season closes for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, fans continued to cheer them on their final day.

On Sunday, the Bucs had a 22-28 loss against the Atlanta Falcons.
Throughout the day, fans brought out all the stops for the last tailgate.
“We love coming out early to be with friends and family," Bucs fan Carol Smith said.“It’s sad [the season] is ending, but that’s why we have next year.”
Although the Bucs did not make it to the playoffs, fans say the camaraderie of Tampa Bay fans make it all worth it.
“Regardless of what the season is, you should always support your local team, whatever their record is,” Bucs fan Nicole Downs said.
