Women, men and children marching hoped to encourage others to recognize a movement for change, as they let their voices be heard with an abundance of megaphones and poster board signs.
"Just to educate themselves on really what is going on, and what the issues are that are effecting women," said Sofia Zuani, one of the organizers of the San Antonio Women's March.
On the Main Plaza, a rally finished off the march. A series of three speakers spoke about issues to protect immigrants, women's reproductive rights, and climate justice.
