TAMPA, Fla. – While most front line health care workers are stuck inside Tampa General Hospital caring for patients during this uncertain time, hundreds of Tampa Bay residents decided to pay them a quick visit.

  • The boat parade was to show appreciation for health care workers

A precession of boats lined down Tampa Bay for an appreciation Floatilla Parade on Saturday.

With signs, balloons, and air horns in hand, healthcare workers were able to feel the love and appreciation. Originally 50 boats signed up, but nearly 100 actually participated.
