ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Nursing homes and assisted living facilities are still closed to visitors, but one St. Petersburg care center is still helping families connect with loved ones.

Using wood, tarp, and industrial tape, Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge created a hug wall, so families can still maintain physical connection during the pandemic.

Residents and loved ones wear arm length gloves, and are able to hug through the tarp without spreading any germs.
